Policies, Terms, & Conditions:

1. Reservation phone hours are from 9 AM to 1 PM Monday through Friday beginning January 2nd. Please leave a message with your name, phone number, and date of your requested reservation and your call will be returned. Fill out the online form and then call us at 800-968-5637 during office hours to confirm for a quicker reservation process.
2. To guarantee your camping reservation a valid credit card will be charged at the time you make your reservation. The amounts are as follows: Any reservation made for 6 nights or less will be charged 1 nights stay. Any reservation 7 nights or more will be charged 25% of the total stay.
3. You'll receive a confirmation email from us once you complete your reservation. Please read and verify that the dates are correct, including check-in/check-out. (If you are using a Gmail address, please be sure to check junk, spam, and promotional inboxes for the confirmation email.) Call us if changes need to be made. Need to cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 800-968-5637 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Email notifications of cancellations or voice mail are not acceptable. Note: Reservations made and canceled the same day are not assessed the $10.00 fee.
   • RV & Tent Sites: 72 hours notice for a cancelation to receive your full deposit less the $10 fee. See exceptions below.
   • Sleeping Cabins: 7 days notice for a cancelation to receive your full deposit less the $10 fee. See exceptions below.
   • Full Service Cabins: 14 days notice for a cancelation to receive your full deposit less the $10 fee. See exceptions below. Minimum 2 day stay (Note: If for some reason you only need one night in a full service cabin, a $25.00 surcharge will apply.)
   Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
4. EXCEPTIONS: Reservations that include a Holiday weekend, such as Victoria Day, July 1-4, August-the first weekend, and Labor Day are subject to different cancelation periods.
   Holiday Weekends include both US and Canadian Holidays.
   
   • RV and Tent sites: There is a 1 week notice for a cancelation to receive your full deposit less the $10 fee.
   • Sleeping cabins: There is a 2 week notice for a cancelation to receive your full deposit less the $10 fee.
   • Full service cabins: There is a 3 week notice for a cancelation to receive your full deposit less the $10 fee.
   There is a NO REFUND Policy for early departures on Holiday Weekends and weather related issues.
   Please make your reservations as soon as possible.
   
   • RV and Tent sites: please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival.
   • Sleeping Cabins: please notify us at least 7 days before your arrival.
   • Full Service Cabins: please notify us 7 days before your arrival.
   If changes need to be made to your reservation such as number of people etc.. please notify us as soon as possible.
   Drive ups are on a first come, first serve basis.
   
5. Reservations made for dates between June 15th and August 30th will only be allowed a maximum of 21 days.
6. Pet policy: Leashed and picked up after pets are always welcome! If your site requires cleaning after your departure, you will not be allowed back.

8. The Office is open 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM beginning June 15th until Labor Day. Off Season as Posted.

   ** Cabin Check In Time: Between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM
   If you need to check in after hours, please call ahead.
   
   Check Out Time: Before 11:00 AM
   
   Please be aware of the Check Out time!
   No late check outs from June 1st through Labor Day!
   
   ***All stays at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park are subject to our customers' acceptance and compliance with our campground rules and regulations which they receive a copy of at check-in.
   NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
