Campground Information

OFFICE/STORE: Hours are as posted. The campground store has ice, firewood, and a small variety of groceries and camping supplies for sale.

 SPEED LIMIT: Posted at 5 mph. Your children and grandchildren may be playing outside.

 QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. From Midnight to 6:00 am there should be absolute quiet. ALL FIRES must be DEAD out by 12:00am. Playground closes at DARK. Basketball Court closes at 9:00pm. Children should return to their site/home at or before dark. 

BICYCLE RIDING: Please stay on paved roads, do not ride bikes on sidewalks around buildings. Riding is to be courteous and must cease before dark. This is for your children’s safety.

 PLAYGROUND RULES: Are posted at the playground. PLAYHOUSE ROOFS ARE OFF-LIMITS. 

NO PETS or BICYCLES on the Playground.

VISITORS: Are allowed as a courtesy. Overnight guests are subject to the extra person charges and/or Tent Charges. Visitor parking is available in front of the laundry. Please do not allow your guests to park in vacant sites.

FIRES: Permitted in the fire rings only. Portable Propane and Wood Fire Rings are acceptable as long as they are off the ground and kept on the gravel. Wood is sold at the office. Please do not throw trash in a firepit that you do not intend to burn. Please rake up the wood chips and debris from your firewood. Make sure the coals are cold before you empty your portable firepit. They melt the trash cans when you throw them away hot!

TENT CAMPING: If you are staying with us for more than 3 days, please move your tent around to prevent the grass from dying. 

ALCOHOL: Permitted only at your site.

FIREARMS, SLINGSHOTS, BOWS AND ARROWS: Not permitted on the campground.

FIREWORKS: Not permitted on the campground. Exception: July 4th, 8 pm-12 am at the playground ONLY.

LAUNDRY: Open 24 hours, American coin only. Detergent and change are available in the office. The laundry sink may be used for dishes, please rinse when you are finished..

SWIMMING: At your own risk. NO lifeguard on duty. No glass containers at the swimming area.

WASHING RIGS: Allowed, please help us out by watering the grass if necessary.

SEWER CONNECTIONS: Use approved connections only. No gray or black water on the ground!

PETS: The dog park and runs are provided near the entrance to the campground. Pick up after your pet at all times-- dog runs, too! Please keep your pets on a LOCKED six foot leash. Do not leave pets tied to the picnic tables, trees, or left outside while you are away.

FISHING: Allowed from the shore and dock, please be mindful of swimmers. All fishing is subject to FWP regulations. Crawdad catching is allowed, please release the crawdads when you are done for the day.
