Booking Policies, Terms, & Conditions

Please read the following carefully.

Deposit Information:

To guarantee your camping reservation a valid credit card will be charged at the time you make your reservation. The amounts are as follows: Deposits will be 25% of the total stay or $100, whichever is greater. If your total stay is less than $100 you are leaving a deposit for the total amount of that stay.

You'll receive a confirmation email from us once you complete your reservation. Please read and verify that the dates are correct, including check-in/check-out. (If you are using a Gmail address, please be sure to check junk, spam, and promotional inboxes for the confirmation email.) Call us if changes need to be made.

Check in/out times:

RV Check In Time : Between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM

Cabin Check In Time: Between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM

If you need to check in after hours, please call ahead.

Check Out Time: Before 11:00 AM

No late check outs from June 1st through Labor Day!

Discounts:

We are happy to provide a 10% discount on stays 6 nights or less (7 nights or more qualifies for our weekly discount) for Good Sam members with a valid Good Sam ID number, and current or retired military members and first responders. Please provide the required information when your reservation is made and we will add the discount at check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call or email us. 

Note: Reservations made and canceled the same day are not assessed the $10.00 fee.

RV & Tent Sites: 72 hours notice for a cancellation to receive your full deposit less the $10 fee. 

Sleeping Cabins: 7 days notice for a cancellation to receive your full deposit less the $10 fee. 

Full Service Cabins: 14 days notice for a cancellation to receive your full deposit less the $10 fee. 

There is a NO REFUND Policy for early departures on Holiday Weekends OR weather-related issues. 

Changes to reservations once checked in require 72 hours notice to receive a refund.

Length of stay:

Our summer window is June 15 through August 30th. During this window campers are limited to 21 total days at our campground without prior permission from management. Bookings that exceed 21 days during the summer will automatically be canceled. 

Tent sites (CR 1-4) have a maximum stay of one week. If a reservation is made for more than 1 week, the reservation will be cancelled and the camper will be contacted.

Pet policy:

Leashed and picked up after pets are always welcome! Pets must be on a leash and under full control. Please do not leave pets tied up alone outside or unattended in your rv for long periods of time. 

RV Size and Condition.

The Camper hereby affirms that the information provided regarding the RV specifications, including but not limited to length and slide-out configuration, is accurate and complete.

The Camper agrees that the Campground is released from any and all liability, claims, or damages, should the RV not fit within the boundaries of the requested or assigned campsite based on the specifications provided by the Camper.

The Camper understands that it is their sole responsibility to verify that their RV dimensions are compatible with the site chosen prior to arrival and accepts that no refunds or alternate site assignments are guaranteed if a discrepancy in fit is discovered upon or after arrival.

RV’s must be in good working order. No additions, wood framed roofs, chimneys, or other unsightly conditions are allowed. Repurposed school busses and horse trailers with living quarters, or other similar vehicles are also not allowed. Any reservations found to meet these conditions will be refunded and reservation canceled.

Any disturbance will be cause for eviction without refund.

Any unpaid balance at the time of checkout will be charged to the credit card on file.

***All stays at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park are subject to our customers' acceptance and compliance with our campground rules and regulations which they receive a copy of at check-in.

NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The Camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
